PACER – a versatile, rugged machine for rotary fabrication

Electronic, automotive and medical parts manufacturers are among those who are profiting from this precision workhorse.  Equipped with three to six top-of-web anvil positions, the PACER is very adaptable. With large anvils, either fixed or removable, it can be used for zero-tension laminating projects, island placement projects, and other fabricating challenges. 

Optional equipment broadens the range of possible converting operations. Multiple windup
assemblies or laminating unwinds can be positioned around the machine, either above or
below the main web. Print or Coating modules are available. Register control options can
include 360 degree planetary units (either manual or automatic), servo controlled stations
or completely automatic print-to-die or die-to-die registration.

As a dedicated blank label press, the ruggedly built Clipper combines unmatched speed (950FPM), precision operation, low maintenance, and an operator friendly configuration.  Finished rolls can be completed on press.  Maximum web widths are 10”, 16” or 18”.  Main unwind is either cantilevered or double side supported with air lifts for up to 12,000 feet roll lengths.

The CLIPPER has three top-of-web die positions, a pneumatic draw nip and a dedicated back-of-web anvil position for underscoring or edge trimming or line hole diecutting. The dual rewind spindles are equipped with reversing for winding in or out.

This small laminating and diecutting machine is capable of precision in-line rotary fabricating of webs.  It has three anvil positions to accommodate webs up to seven inches wide. With a footprint of 44” wide by 44” deep and a self-contained work table on casters, it is mobile and ready  to work wherever you need it

With web speeds up to 200 FPM, and a 240VAC programmable drive system, the PLYMATE is built for minimum maintenance and ease of operator use.  Job changeovers are quick and simple; the web path length is short.  With the predetermining footage counter, the machine will handle a broad range of applications such as processing tapes, light duty diecutting of small parts and fabrication of medical components.
